Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids. Most of our staff have been at Kids `R` Kids for several years, and our school has not changed ownership in 15 years since it was first opened in 1994. We are very lucky to have many bi-lingual staff members avaiable to help communicate with our multicultural families. We have teachers who speak Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, and French, among others.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids employees are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education classes each calendar year. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, Fire Safety, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences. We are proud of the fact that every single staff member at Kids `R` Kids #27  either holds a degree or technical training certificate or is enrolled in the CDA program.
